We’re your neighbours. Our farm is between Syresham and Helmdon. You can see our animals munching on grass when taking a stroll through the many footpaths that run across our farm.
Cows eat grass – don’t they?
100% grass-fed cattle are one of the most sustainable farm animals. They eat grass that we cannot eat, and convert it to highly nutritious food.

It is standard practice to fatten cattle on grain. But it’s unsustainable and produces less nutritious food.
​
Our 100% grass-fed beef is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants that help you prevent cancer, to name just a few.
It’s beyond grass-fed and organic
We go well beyond what currently exists. We manage our cattle in a way that mimics nature. We keep them in a herd and restrict their grazing area via electric fence to just what they eat in a day. Then, we move them to a fresh area of pasture. The cattle do not return to the same area until it has fully recovered, which is 30-60 days later.

Thus, they don’t eat near their old dung, and wildlife that we share our farm with, has 95% of the pastures to itself, undisturbed.
​
This way of farming is called regenerative. It restores biodiversity and rewilds countryside. Plus, it helps to store some of that CO2 that causes global warming back in the soil, as soil carbon.
Real flavours
Our cattle take longer to mature, as we don’t use grain to speed up the fattening process. As the grass changes throughout the year, you can taste the diversity of flavours that come with different seasons.

Our beef is dry-aged for 28 days, which develops the tenderness and flavour, that’s unlike any other.

Proper outdoor pigs which we keep in our woodland where they enjoy greens, mushrooms, nuts and berries along with restricted amount of organic feed.

Our pigs are rare-breed Large Black, renowned for their flavour.
